Facebook users create a profile page that shows their friends and networks information about themselves. The choice to include a profile in a network means that everyone withing that network can view the profile. The profile typically includes the following: Information, Status, Friends, Friends in Other Networks, Photos, Notes, Groups, and The Wall.”

CASA of Northeast LA’s Use

CASA’s Facebook page (www.facebook.com/casaofnela) has exploded in popularity over the past year.  It has gone from 400 likes in August of last year to 728 this month.  We use Facebook to make announcements, share pictures, articles and other resources, congratulate advocates on achieveents, and so much more.  It is our main means of communicating with our advocates and other stakeholders.  We update our page once a day.
